How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within Australia usually takes 2–6 business days. Express shipping arrives in 1–3 business days. New Zealand and international orders take 6–11 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us anytime – we use a combination of Sendle and Australia Post depending on your location to get ya order to you ASAP.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.
Can I exchange my item if it doesn’t fit?
Absolutely. We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Just make sure your item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by country. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
